The harmonica is the most intimate instrument on earth. It fits in your pocket, answers directly to your breath, and demands complete personal expression. Once it takes hold of you, it doesn't let go.
My approach comes from decades spent on the bandstand and in the woodshed, figuring out what actually moves the needle and leaving out what wastes time.
I teach from real-world playing—focusing on sound, tone production, rhythm, and how to genuinely hear the music you want to make.
And we can play the music together across many genres, including Blues, Jazz, popular songs, and Classical music.
I will teach you how music works, how to command the instrument, and how to teach yourself so you never stop progressing.
I work exclusively with students who bring an inquisitive mind, real focus, and the drive to learn the craft. If you are serious about playing, I will show you a way.
